Is Grant really 6? Wasn't he just born? Gosh time really does fly by :( I could NOT be more proud of this little (big) dude! He requested a Lego bday party at Jumper's Playhouse this year. We had to have his party on the 7th because on his actual bday, the 6th, he had a double header soccer game in the sweltering heat. Of course I strategically selected and uploaded my pictures MAKING SURE they were in order, and GUESS WHAT? They are all jammed up... I hate blogger. Anyways.. you get the idea.
This was Grant's "All boy" party, minus Sarah! Sarah didnt have a sitter, but she's like family so thats OK!
The cake that took me DAYS to make, yes I made the LEGO candy!
OH.. here we go.. the actual morning of Grant's bday. EVERY YEAR he requests a homemade bday sign, I love it! His Daddy did not disappoint!
He was so tickled when he got up and saw all his loot.
We opened gifts and then off to soccer! Go Seattle!
Oh.. back to the party...
Me and Erin! I hate that I failed to get pics with my other friends.. but it was chaotic.
Of all the things to do, these boys wanted to try and win candy out of the machine!
Instead of treat bags this year, I did Bubble Tape with Lego guys taped to it. All the kids seem to really be "all about" gum? It was a HUGE hit!
Ok... so I promise he really loves me. The poor baby HATES loud noises and you can imagine the racket in that place. Poor little baby!
Thanks to all that came out, he had a fantastic bday party.
