BABIES!

Over the past three weeks I have been super busy! I have helped some friends along the way by babysitting for them! Each baby was so good .. Grant, he was.... pretty good! He loved them at first but then he wanted "MY MOMMY"! First I had Colin, I've kept him before and he's a great baby! Except this time the little man is mobile.. that interesting at times having him in one direction and Grant in another! But all in all it was great!

Next I had Abby! She was such a DOLL! I only had her for a couple of hours and man did I eat her up! There are all boys in my family so I'm not used to having a girl! Yes.. she was spoiled a little bit and I managed to do my requested task of keeping her awake!!!!!

And last, but certainly not least is Callie! Oh .. sweet Callie! I have had her three times over the past week, today being my last day and I am really gonna miss her. She is such an easy relaxed baby. She is happy as can be! Grant really likes her too.. he kept trying to share his glasses and cowboy boots with her! She was in her carseat and he kept trying to rock her when she was fussing!

All in all it was a great experience and Grant was a good boy(for the most part) and Im so proud of him! I've enjoyed having them! Thanks girls for trusting me with your Babies! :)

Lots to report!

We took Grant to the Dentist for his first checkup last week and he did pretty good! One of my best friends from highschool (Amber) and her husband (Nathan) opened up their own practice in Pulaski! It works out great because I can support my friends business and go see my Granny and Grandpa in the same day! Grant loved the dentist chair (see above) but getting his teeth looked at, not so much! Dr. Owens sd his teeth looked great! Here is a picture of Me, Amber, and Grant! The other ones didnt turn out :( But happy to say that Grant and I both had a good dental report! Thanks to the Owens!

After our dental stop we headed to Granny and Grandpa's for lunch and a visit! Grant and Granny played in this chair for a long time!

He loves his "Ganny" and "GaPaw".. esp when they gave him and "I-ceam " treat! He lapped up an icecream sandwich!

After lots of playing and eating he passed out cold! You can tell by the looks of him in the picture how hard he played!!! At least Gpa got some good cuddle time!

A big Thanks to Buddy for going with me and entertaining Grant while I got my teeth cleaned and so I could visit with Granny and Gpa!

I am sorry for not blogging lately! I have much more to report on! I've been babysitting alot and taking Grant to playdates! NOW.. he is sick so we are dealing with that as well! I promise to do another post soon on the babysitting and his new pair of boots from Grandma that he is obsessed with! Until then.. here are some random cute pics!

A few days with Papa and DeeDee!

I am super sad to report that I missed out on Grants first big snow! :( I was supposed to have a baby shower for a great friend on Saturday (more to report and blog about as soon as I get the pictures... yes ML Im waiting on you!).. but being that we had about 5 inches of snow, that got moved to Sunday. I had taken Grant to my Dad's house so I could get the house clean. I hate leaving him anywhere over night but he loves going over there and I knew he would be fine.. what I didnt know is that he would be snowed in there for four days(they picked him up Thurs afternoon, afraid that they wouldnt be able to get him on Friday)! Anyways.. he absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time!

The above picture is bittersweet to me because I can remember sledding with Dad just like that when I was a kid! Its awesome to be able to see Grant enjoy the same experience with him!

You can tell he loved.. Im so sad that I missed it! Hopefully we'll have another good snow.. just not when Im expecting 30 + people at my house!

Grant loves my DeeDee's cats.. esp Igor (in which Grant called Eye-Gor) and he even like the cats toys more! haha

And you cant forget his obsession with glasses (or Gashes as Grant calls them!) .. I think he swiped DeeDee's! (Dad if those are yours we are gonna have to have a serious chat!).

Grant had a wonderful time and they gave me a perfect report on him! I missed him like crazy and I dont like my baby being gone from me that long! At least he was only 30 mins away.. if he would've been any further I would've probably had a come apart! At least my house was spotless for three days.. that was until Grant got home.. within 30 mins it was completely undone! Oh well!
