We have really been enjoying this beautiful weather, esp the days its sunny and in the mid 60's, I hope it comes and stays for a while! Grant has become a little pro on his bike and so we've been going to the park and riding around the neighborhood. Last Sunday after church we went to eat lunch and packed up and headed to Old Fort Park!
We also like to go to Cason Lane in the mornings or after school to play, but this day Grant was waiting on his friend, Noah, and refused to play until he saw him!
YAY, he spotted him! Unfortunately Ididnt get any pics of that playdate :(
Another thing we've done this fall is we had a special date with Buddy, Grandaddy, Aunt Kelly, Tol and Yates to see "Dolphin Tale" . It was a super cute movie but dang those 30 minutes of previews... we were going to try to escape them but the theater was filling up fast. Oh well.. we still had fun!
And what fall would be complete without a little "spruce up" to the house! We added a fire pit, sitting wall, and about 3 feet to our patio! I am LOVING this new space. The picture doesnt give it justice. We hope to soon build a pergula and once that dude is up, you'll be sure to find me in our back yard most of the time! I can not WAIT to light this baby and make some smores.. COME ON COOL WEATHER!
We also had a party on Sunday to celebrate Granny's birthday! We added lots of fall decorations and it was an absolutely PERFECT day!
Grant was so excited to have a "Big Ol Pawty" (his quote) at his house and he kept running outside to see if anyone was here yet!

I am not real sure what was going on here.. a bunch of clapping and singing and chanting.. it was funny but Buddy, Granny and little Tol were having a ball!
We had a TON of food burgers, hotdogs, chips, potato salad, baked beans, etc. I also made a homemade icecream cake that tastes like the on from Dairy Queen.. HEAVEN! I also made some pumpkin spiced cupcakes and MAN ALIVE... they went like crazy! I made them bite size and they were delicious!
Cousin Wesley.. he is such a sweet little boy!
All the boys brought their bikes and went on a ride, so cute seeing them all play together!
Kelly, Mom, and Granny watched funny videos on her notebook of the boys dancing while everyone else was outside and Granny could get one more "baby fix"!
Its been a great fall so far.. I have more to post on some fall fun!!!! But Im out of time!
