Easter, Part II

Easter Sunday we got up and went to the early service, but told the kids the Easter bunny would probably come while we were at church!
I love how spiffy my boys look, all three of them!

Its funny how nice I have them looking before church and then they come out looking rough... oh well! They were TICKLED with their basket!

Grant loves taking pictures, he did good!
We put on a serious Easter spread full of: Greens, pinto beans, cornbread, hashbrown casserole, bacon chipotle deviled eggs, molasses ham, and cajun turkey!  It just so happened to be Mom's bday so we had them over!  It was fun.  She planted some flowers with the kids and they found a worm.  They weren't so sure about it but finally came around.

After dinner, we hid some eggs for one last hunt for the kids, it got competitive too, its amazing what some starbursts can do!

An AMAZING Easter Sunset, a great reminder of God's handy work!
Then for the Easter tradition... busting the eggs we colored.  Yes, we draw a target and bust them on the fence! Its nasty but the kids LOVE IT!

And apparently, so do the Grandparents and it came to an all out, Egg fight!  GROSS!

Gross.. but so much fun! BEST.EASTER.EVER!
